Today, November 27, is the annual holiday known as Giving Tuesday. Giving Tuesday is a global day of giving. Celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season and encourages us to give back.
On #GivingTuesday many people donate their time or money to causes their care about or organizations in need of support and supplies. However there are many other ways to give this holiday season as well, including with a paint party.
At Painting with a Twist Houston we help hosts fundraising paint parties under our “Painting with a Purpose” program. Through our Painting with a Purpose program businesses, franchises, organizations, schools, churches, shelters, and more can raise money for their cause or charity of choice just by booking a class.
Since launching this program Painting with a Twist has donated over $4 million dollars to local non-profit organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Multiple Sclerosis and Odyssey House. Total we have helped raised and donated over $38 million to charities all across the United States.
